Mental Health Campaign
Annual global employee campaign | 12,000+ employeesThe Challenge
Create an enterprise-wide campaign that made mental health resources approachable, relevant and easy for employees to act on, featuring the Make It OK Committee.
My Role
Communications strategy • Campaign development • Employee communications • Stakeholder partnership • Content development
The Approach
I led communications for the campaign from strategy through execution, developing an integrated plan designed to build awareness, prepare leaders and HR partners, and connect employees with meaningful stories and resources.
Ahead of the campaign launch, I developed targeted communications for Business HR teams and leaders, ensuring they understood the campaign, what employees would experience, and their role in supporting the effort. I also coordinated the development of physical campaign materials, including posters and table tents, and managed translation with an external partner to support a consistent global rollout.
For the global workforce, I wrote the campaign launch email introducing the initiative, highlighting personal stories shared by colleagues, and directing employees to available mental health resources. I also wrote the corresponding intranet article, creating a central destination where employees could explore the stories, learn more, and access support.
